Ingredients: |
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon sumac

Preparation Instructions: |
Mix all ingredients,
Load small cuts of meat onto skewers
Place skewers in container with lid
Pour marinade over meat
Cover and refrigerate 4 to 48 hours before using
Cook skewered marinated meat on grill till crispy
|
Serving Information: |

Yeilds 2/3 cups of marinade, up to 4 person servings
