6.5 oz celery (approx 2 stalks)
4.7 oz cucumber (approx 1/4 cucumber)
.6 oz radish (1 radish)
.7 oz lettuce
1/2 cup water, plain or in which dried ginger was soaking over night
1/2 cup seltzer water
Juice the celery, cucumber, radish, lettuce.
Add the water and seltzer water
Yields 1.5 cups. Serves 2.
